I was in a women’s business group and it hit me—
 
We’re constantly saying:
“She’s awesome.”
“That’s amazing.”
“You have to check her out.”
 
We promote, hype, and celebrate everyone else.
 
And then when it comes to ourselves?
We shrink it down.
 
As a designer, I couldn’t unsee it.
So I made something simple:
 
What if we just… said it?
